One of our customer need diamond grinding wheels for wet grinding tungsten carbide overlays and ceramic coatings typically about 40 – 69HRC. He is currently using Asahi grinding wheels which worked well for our jobs.He is not sure what type of bond is used on their wheels as it depends on application.Metal coated diamond(SDC) , mesh 120, concentration 75 : Size 300mm D x 12mm wide X 127mm Bore, diamond height 6mm.
