Through participating in the thermal spraying conference, we more intuitively understand the thermal spraying layer customers with diamond grinding wheel grinding process of thermal spraying layer, from the thermal spraying materials, spraying equipment, spraying application and so on to make a few summaries:
1. Coating material:
(1) Self-binding type. With metal aluminum, titanium, zirconium, chromium and their alloy materials as the core, outer coated with nickel or cobalt.
(2) Wear resistance type: WC, TiC, BN, Cr3C2, SiC, TiN, diamond as the core, its surface is covered with metal nickel,cobalt, copper or alloy Ni - Cr - Al, Co - Cr - Al - Y, etc,can be used to make processing tools or wear resistant coatings. Many of our grinding wheel customers use this process.
2. Application field of thermal spraying coating:
