Before using, every 5000 carats of samples will be manually tested by metallographic microscope again, so as to ensure the product stability of each batch of our grinding wheel. However, testing is only a means, and we will still encounter various problems in our production. For example, for two different batches of diamonds, the grinding wheel made by the first batch is very good, but the hardness of the ring produced by the next batch may not meet the requirements due to shrinkage.

In order to fundamentally solve these problems caused by abrasives, it is necessary for diamond production factories to control the quality of raw materials and more stable production process from the source, and to truly be responsible for the quality of their own products.
