2. CVD Diamond for thermal management/CVD Diamond Heat Sinks(CVDK)

CVD diamond has very good insulation performance, which makes it an ideal material for making electronic cooling devices.

It suit for applying to make high-power semiconductor devices, microwave devices and heat sink element of the large scale integrated circuit. The thermal conductivity of our CVD diamond can reach 1200- 2000W/m.k(@300k), and we can do one side polish finish or both sides polish finish according to your request.

3. CVD Diamond wire drawing die blanks

Wire drawing is a metal-working process relies on a combination of a die and/or a series of dies to pull or draw a wire to a chosen gauge and is utilized to reduce the cross section of a wire.

Wire drawing dies are the tools with highly polished, specificlly shaped holes by which a wire is drawn to decrease its diameter.

They consist of a metal case and a nib made from monocrystalline diamond or polycrystallie diamond (PCD) or CVD diamond.

4. CVD Diamond for cutting tools

Because the concentration of atomic hydrogen produced by arc discharge is relatively high, the CVD tool blank processed by the DC arc plasma jet also has a higher thermal conductivity than the tool blank processed by other methods even at higher grown rate. This shows that CVD is obviously beneficial to heavy high-speed cutting operations.

Using chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technology for the loudspeaker dome can achieve high quality and conformal growth of diamond on the 3-D carrier, it can be recycled into an independent dome, without cracks and has high yield.
