Case:
(1)turning -- roughing process: use of solid CBN(cubic boron nitride) insert BN-S300, which has stable performance, more than N times work life than carbide tools.
(2)turning - fine process:
recommended use CBN inserts BNK30 CGN090408/12, WNGA080408 to achieve high-speed cutting and ensure higher surface finish.
(3)inner hole processing :
using welding CBN (cubic boron nitride) inserts (type of composite and Mosaic). The advantages are high speed cutting and stable performance.
